Blondes Have More Fun!

I'm a sucker for blondes....well, not really but I am definitely sucker for sock yarn. I found some great stuff here, a hidden gem! A new gal on the block! You must check out Laura's Blog & then head over to her Etsy Shop. Though, she has sold out of her yarn, more are in the works.

I can't remember how I linked to her store, it was from someone in my bloglines feed. I would like to thank them for sending me there, though I can't remember who linked me?

This yarn is 560 yards of some of the softest yarn I have ever touched. Her name is Doris...as in Doris Day (I'm assuming) but her professional colorway name is Summer Orchard. She was peeking out of my mailbox this morning, with a little extra special something inside, a Dizzy Blonde Studios tape measure. Thanks Laura, I love them both!!!!

Now if anyone can suggest any great knee sock patterns, I'd greatly appriciate it, as nothing on Ravelery really jumped out at me. Just leave the name of the book or a link to the pattern & I would be ever so grateful!

Soooo beautiful. I've been seeing some lovely yellow socks on Ravelry lately. I'll try to gather up some links.

Too beautiful! I normally don't love yarns in yellow, but this one has changed my mind. I can't believe how generous the yardage is. They will be excellent knee socks although I sadly have no recommendations. :(
